How to Play ExplEgo

ExplEgo is a free party word game where one player explains words and others guess. Works in 35 languages, no sign-up needed.

1. 1

   Create a game

   Open ExplEgo, enter player names and choose your settings: language, difficulty level, time limit, and scoring mode.

2. 2

   Explain the word

   The active player sees a word on screen. Describe it using any words, gestures, or sounds — but never say the word itself or its translation.

3. 3

   Guess the word

   Other players shout out their guesses. When someone guesses correctly, tap 'Guessed'. Skip words that are too hard.

4. 4

   Score points

   Points are awarded for explaining and guessing words. After all players have a turn, check the scoreboard to see who wins.
