How do I change the language?
Tap the flag icon on the home screen to open the language picker. ExplEgo supports 35 languages.
Can I play without internet?
Yes! Words are bundled in the app. You only need internet for dictionary updates and cloud sync.
How do I refresh the word dictionary?
Go to Settings and tap 'Refresh Dictionary'. This downloads the latest words from our server.
What does the blacklist do?
During gameplay, you can blacklist words you don't like. They won't appear in future games. Manage your blacklist in Settings.
What's the difference between 'Rematch' and 'Play Again'?
'Rematch' instantly restarts with the same players and settings. 'Play Again' opens the game setup screen so you can change players or settings.
How do scoring modes work?
Total mode counts both explaining and guessing. Guessed mode only counts words you guessed. Narrator mode only counts words you explained.
What is Dedicated Narrator mode?
One player becomes the permanent narrator and explains all words. Other players only guess. The narrator has no score — the game ends when a guesser reaches the target points. Great for parties with a host!
How do I report a word?
During gameplay, tap the flag icon next to the word. Choose a reason (bad description, inappropriate, wrong translation, etc.). The word will be skipped and reviewed by our team.
How do I delete my data?
Clear the app data through your device settings, or reinstall the app. All local data will be removed.
